DESCRIPTION:

Ideal for medium and large sized jobs the Blastrac 1-10DSG1 Global is a versatile, self-propelled 10” shot blasting system. The 1-10DS Global strips, cleans and profiles concrete and asphalt in one easy step. Whether improving traction and skid resistance or prepping for coatings and overlays, this unit serves the purpose well.

The AC inverted drive-motor for self-propelled operation features an integrated brake which helps maintain speed on ramps and inclines. This improves productivity and promotes a more even and consistent blast pattern and surface profile. Attached to the 6-54DC or other suitable Blastrac dust collector, it operates virtually dust-free. The 1-10DS can prepare up to 1937 sq. ft. per hour† consuming abrasive at about 2 lb. per 100 sq. ft. or 42 lb. per hr. A slide-out screen in the shot hopper facilitates the removal of large debris.

Easily transportable, this 794 lb. unit has highly visible and manageable controls, and operates on 230 or 440V with its auto-sensing voltage control 15 hp UL listed motor. All electrical components and panels are UL certified as part of Blastrac’s commitment to safety protocol.
