We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facility. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It’s entirely possible for an item that hasn’t shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.
Delivery fees will apply for orders under $500 or non-local destinations. Fees to be determined by weight and method of shipping at the time the order is placed.
If your item was damaged during shipping or delivery, please contact Customer Care: 714-738-9640 or email jodi@questbuilding.com immediately. You will be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please ship and return the damaged items with the original invoice. A credit for the Quest Building Products Store will be issued to your account or credit card for the amount of the order plus any shipping and handling charges incurred.
Check your order at the time of delivery. All claims for shortages and/damages must be reported to Quest Building Products upon receipt of goods.
